Terms of Use

1. The service

Sforix offers refining, crafting and market calculators with in-game market prices and fees. Some tools and features are free; others need a paid plan, as shown on the Plans page.

Sforix is in beta: features may change, improve, be replaced or be removed. When a change takes away something that is part of a paid plan you are using, we will tell you and offer an alternative or compensation in days.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the tools, with true information and an email address you can access. The account is personal: do not share your password or access with other people.

You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you suspect someone else got in, change your password and contact us.

An account allows one device at a time: signing in elsewhere ends the previous session. To prevent sharing, we compare the approximate location of each sign-in (from the IP). Sign-ins from places too far apart for the time between them give a warning; on the third warning the account is suspended for review and released if there was no sharing. Confirmed sharing may lead to the account being closed, without a refund of the current period.

People under 18 may only buy paid plans with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Plans, payments and renewal

Prices, periods and what each plan includes are those on the Plans page at the time of purchase. Price changes do not affect periods already paid.

Payments in Brazilian reais (Mercado Pago, Pix or card) are prepaid and do not renew by themselves: when the period ends, the account goes back to the Free plan unless you pay for a new period.

Payments in US dollars (Stripe, card) renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel in My account. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid.

When you switch plans, the days left on your current plan are converted into days of the new plan at their proportional value, as shown before you buy.

4. Withdrawal and refunds

You may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of payment and get the full amount back. The details are in the Refund Policy.

Buying and asking for a refund again and again to use the service for free is an abuse of that right. In such cases we make the refunds the law requires, but we may refuse new purchases from the same person, including on other accounts.

5. Service availability

We work to keep Sforix online at all times, but we do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. The service may be unavailable or slow because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, attacks or problems with third-party services we depend on, such as hosting, database, payment and email providers.

Planned maintenance will be announced on the site or by email whenever possible, preferably at low-traffic times.

If Sforix is completely unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row because of our failure, we will extend active paid plans by the same number of days, at no cost and without you having to ask.

Prices depend on the Albion Online Data Project (AODP), an independent, free, community-run project, and on players who upload market data. If AODP stops or lags, Sforix shows the last saved prices with the date of each. This is not considered Sforix being unavailable.

Game changes (patches, items, recipes or fees) may take some time to show in the calculators.

6. Prices, calculations and in-game decisions

The prices shown come from data uploaded by players and may be late, incomplete or wrong. Calculator results are estimates based on those prices and on the settings you chose.

Always check prices in the game before buying, selling or crafting. In-game decisions are yours, and Sforix is not liable for lost silver, items or play time.

7. Acceptable use

You may not: resell or share access; copy the site's content or data automatically (bots, scraping); submit fake prices or try to manipulate the data; try to break in, overload the service or get around limits and payments; use Sforix for anything illegal or against the game's rules.

If that happens, we may suspend or close the account. If we close an account through no fault of yours, we refund the unused paid days proportionally.

8. Not affiliated with the game

Sforix is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sandbox Interactive GmbH. Albion Online and the game's trademarks, names and images belong to their owners and are used only to identify items.

Third-party programs such as the Albion Data Client are not part of Sforix. You use them at your own risk and must follow the game's terms.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sforix is only liable for direct damages caused by a failure of the service, up to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer protection laws give you.

10. Closing your account

You can stop using Sforix and ask for your account to be deleted at any time through the contact below. Deleting it ends access to plans; periods already used are not refunded, except as described in the Refund Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced by email or on the site at least 15 days in advance. If you do not agree, you may cancel before they take effect and get the unused paid days refunded proportionally.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of their own place of residence where the law allows.
