Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Account: username, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash that not even we can read), chosen language and game server, and whether you want news by email.

Tool usage: prices you type, saved refining plans and calculator settings (some stay only in your browser).

Plans and payments: plan, period, amounts, dates and payment status. Card and Pix details are handled directly by Mercado Pago or Stripe; Sforix never receives or stores card numbers.

Technical logs: IP address, date and time of access and browser information, recorded by the host for security and to comply with the law. On each sign-in we also keep the IP, the approximate place (city, state and country) and the browser, to protect the account and prevent sharing, for up to 6 months.

2. Why we use it

To create and keep your account and deliver the tools and plans you signed up for (performance of contract).

To process payments, issue receipts and meet tax and legal obligations (legal obligation).

To protect the service against fraud, abuse and unauthorised access (legitimate interest).

To send important notices about your account, plan, terms and security. News and promotions are only sent if you have not turned them off; you can turn them off in My account or through the link in every email.

3. Who we share it with

Only with companies that run the service for us, and only what they need: website hosting (Vercel or Railway), database (Neon), payments (Mercado Pago and Stripe) and email delivery (SMTP provider).

Some of these services are outside Brazil, mainly in the United States. In those cases the transfer follows the safeguards required by law.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We may provide it to authorities when the law requires.

4. Cookies and browser storage

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and another to remember the game server you chose. Calculator settings are kept in your browser's storage. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

5. How long we keep it

Account data: while the account exists. After deletion it is erased within 30 days.

Payment records: for the period required by tax law (usually 5 years).

Access logs: 6 months, as required by Brazilian law (Marco Civil da Internet).

6. Your rights

You may ask for: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and to withdraw consent. Email and password can be changed in My account; other requests go to the contact below and are answered within 15 days.

You may also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) or to the authority where you live.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted database access and permission controls for the team. No system is completely immune to failures; if an incident could put you at risk, we will tell you and the authorities.

8. Children

Sforix is not aimed at children under 13. Teenagers need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy paid plans.

9. Changes and contact
